Star tool resets to 2 corners after drawing the first star

Summary:

The Star tool misbehaves in Inkscape 1.4.x. It prefers rhombi, even if the user wants normal stars.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• switch to star tool
• set number of tips to, e.g. 5
• draw one star
• draw one more

What happened?

The second one is a rhombus.
