Double-clicking in mesh gradient grid with Mesh Gradient tool does not add new rows and columns

Summary:

There seems to be no way to add new rows and columns to a mesh gradient once it's made.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• make a rectangle
• fill with mesh gradient
• select mesh gradient tool
• double click anywhere along the grid lines of the mesh gradient

What happened?

Nothing.

What should have happened?

Inkscape should add rows/columns corresponding to the location that was double-clicked.
