Copying sizes of objects to the clipboard is impossible

Steps to reproduce:

Let us suppose that I've created a rectangle and selected it. Then I want to copy its width (as text).

In order to do it, I select it in the toolbar, so that the text field is focused:

After that

• If I press Cmd-C, rectangle itself is copied to the clipboard instead of the width value.

• If I invoke the context menu, it doesn't contain an item that would allow me to copy the width value:

  

What happened?

It was not possible to copy text value of the width to the clipboard.

What should have happened?

• Either pressing Cmd-C copied text with width into the clipboard when the input field was focused
• Or the context menu had an item for copying the value to clipboard
