Inkscape 1.3.2 Text Object - Stroke to Path produces erratic shape

Summary:

Applying "Stroke to Path" on certain fonts like Segoe UI, Courier New, Consolas etc. produces erratic shape

Steps to reproduce:

• Create text with a certain font like Segoe UI, Courier New, sans serif, Consolas etc.
• Add a stroke to the text object.
• Apply "Stroke to Path" (optionally also "Object to Path)

What happened?

Weird shapes and node behaviour on certain nodes.

What should have happened?

Correct transformation from the stroke into a patch

Note: I tried this in Inkscape Version 1.3. and it worked in this version!!!
