Icon view fixes and update clipart extensions 

- Make icon views lightly bigger (48px to 64px) - it's as big as we
  can get without using GtkGridView because we are limited to an enum
  for sizes.
- Don't cut off cache keys to 30 chars - it's possible to get cache
  collisions then. No reason to cut off, we can just use the full
  filename.
- Update clipart extension to latest
