"Lorem Ipsum" extension doesn't work in SVG2 flowed text
#### Steps to reproduce:
- create a text box (flowed text)
- invoke "Lorem Ipsum" extension
#### What happened?
Extension creates an invisible sub-layer, flowRoot####, in Layer 1. The XML is there but I can't see it rendered.
#### What should have happened?
Extension should create a visible text box full of "greek text".
#### Inkscape Version and Operating System:
- Inkscape Version: 1.0beta2 (074b463, 2020-02-02),
- Operating System: macOS
- Operating System version: 10.12.6 (16G2136)
