remove duplicate values() call in text extensions
Reverts a part of the change in 6b3e47e4, because the extension stopped working due to this change. I thought all OSes use python3 with Inkscape 1.0.x?

The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
