Exporting to tiff format results in white background.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw a circle
• open export dialog
• export to png (optional), then to tiff

What happened?

• although the png has a transparent background, the tiff is opaque (white background)

What should have happened?

• tiff has transparent background if png has transparent background.
