Scatter fails when you disable Stretch spaces to fit skeleton length

Summary:

The scatter extension sends an error on "live preview" and "apply" actions. This didn't happen in version 1.0

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Inkscape.
• Draw a straight line with Bezier.
• Create a circle.
• Select both.
• Go to menú Extensions -> Generate from Path -> Scatter...
• Click "Live preview" or "Apply" scatter in both elements (check attached file to see the configuration) It should have create a group of circles over the line.

It should have create a group of circles over the line and no error at all.
