DXF import is wrongly displayed

Summary:

I've exported a drawing from Fusion 360 in DXF, and then imported it into inkscape, it results in a mangled object.

Steps to reproduce:

Open inkscape
Use "File->Open"
Open the sample DXF
Choose "Read from file" (or manual, since the file is 1:1 and mm)
