Perfect bound cover extension not working

Summary:

When I try to apply Perfect bound cover extension it generates errors.

Steps to reproduce:

• Start Inkscape.
• Start then apply Perfect bound cover extension.

What happened?

The following error is displayed:

What should have happened?

Extension should work without errors.
