"Split text" on autoflowed text heaps text together

Summary:

When using the "Split text" extension, whether by lines, by words, or by characters, the resulting text objects don't stay where there original text was, as it should be, but instead are re-arranged to have the same text anchors.Inkscape_Split_text_bug

Steps to reproduce:

  • open Inkscape
  • Press F8, click and drag to create a rectangular area for text. Enter long enough text that would be split into several lines.
  • Choose "Extension">"Text">"Split text...", press "Apply".

What happened?

All new text objects are located upon each other.

What should have happened?

Split lines/words/characters should be located where the original lines/words/characters were.

Version Info:

- Inkscape Version: Inkscape 1.0 (1.0+r73+1)
- Operating System: Linux Mint
- Operating System version: 19 Tara x86_64
