Export > Plot extension tells users to convert objects to paths, even when the option for auto-converting is checked

The options says

'Check this to automatically (nondestructively) convert all objects to paths before plotting'.

It is checked by default.

However, when I draw a circle and try to 'plot' (without a plotter), I get the error message:

No paths where found. Please convert objects to paths.

Additionally, there's a text at the top of the extension dialog that tells people to convert everything to a path. That could be removed if the option works.
