Extensions: Visualize Path: Measure Path: Center of Mass does not respect layer or group transforms

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Inkscape
• Draw a path (simple or complex, doesn't matter) or a shape converted to path
• Go to Extensions: Visualize Path: Measure Path: Center of Mass: Apply

What happened?

Center of Mass for the path is indicated by a cross. The cross has the correct x position. The cross has an incorrect y position. On my system it always appears at correct position plus a fixed offset of +17.6 mm.

What should have happened?

Indicated Center of Mass should have correct y position
