Feature: Implement new argument for SMB server location

Currently, the tool assumes as SMB server will be running on the same IP as the phishing web server.

To do: implement a new argument allowing the SMB server location to be specified. Useful if someone is running some SMB relaying, etc, and has multiple hosts in use.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
