Pre-built Spike plugins need update

I was following riscof doc to use RISC-V Compliance Framework. Pre-built spike and sail plugins are used in the riscof document. Sail is used as ref model and spike is used as DUT. The config.ini updated for that purpose is given below:

When I ran riscof validateyaml --config=config.ini to check if the input yaml files are configured correctly, I get the following log with an error showing spike_simple_isa.yaml missing some information.
