Reports tons of wrong warnings
Attached is an analysis of an imzml file showing several issues:
First error reported is in line 96, opening the details shows a completely wrong parsed xml content:
- Line 96 does not even belong to a binary data array section
- The details shown for "a" binary data array are wrong, they list the tic and lowest/highest observed values. Those values are defined e.g. in line 114 AFTER a binary data array section. Somehow it is parsed into these sections
- It displays the "must" content found in the file as "extra" content and reports missing content.
- The validator complains about the MD5 checksum since it is written in capital letters in imzml. The validator should accept upper and lowercase representations of md5 hashes
