Default language when adding a new publication

When adding a new publication or video, the language is English by default. The language list has a nice search feature that helps a lot in finding another language faster, however it does take time when adding multiple publications if they are not in English. It would be nice to at least be able to select another default language. Maybe default to the last one used.

Even better would be something similar to the language list in JW Library, with the "Recommended" section on top which lists the languages that are actually in use. That way, the relevant language(s) would always be available quickly right at the top of the list, while still being able to select another language if needed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
