Carried Minutes being added to wrong month

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but when I went to submit my report, the Carried Minutes were added to the wrong month.

For October, I had 15 minutes carryover from September and 15:15 ministry hours...total of 15:30. By my calculations, it should have reported 15 hours and carried over 30 minutes to November.

I pressed on the arrow to send in my report. It told me that 30 minutes were carried forward to next month. Instead of adding the 30 minutes to November, it put them on October, which now shows Carried minutes as 30 minutes and ministry hours as 15:15...with a total of 15:45. So it overwrote my 15 minutes from September and changed it to 30 minutes.
