IdealRgb ImageType with non ideal Sensor?
Description
At the moment, the ImageType
key specifies wether the rendered image is monocrhomatic (Raw
), RGB (Rgb
) or multispectral (Multispectral
). The Sensor
key specifies wether to use an ideal sensor with constant quantum efficiency (Ideal
)), or a real one with varying QE (CMOS
, CCD
, ...).
Now, there also is a IdealRgb
ImageType and I was wondering if there is any difference to using the regular Rgb
ImageType together with the Ideal
Sensor (which is actually the default)?
Suggestion
If my understanding is correct, we can remove the IdealRgb
ImageType.
