Using week, month, or year modes causes graph lines to overlap

When using any mode besides "1 Day", it looks like the graphs are inserting some blank data which overlap with previous days. This makes it hard to read all graphs.

When using any of these modes, I expect the previous day to end on the same point a new one begins.
