Improvements for recod links

In this issue, I would like to collect some feature ideas for the record linkages:

• When editing an already established link, it would be great to be able to change the link's direction
• In the link overview, an advanced filter mechanism would be great. For example, filtering by creator or tag. This is especially useful when multiple users use the same record (e.g. device) in their research
