Gitlab Source code builds to version 2.6.5 not 2.7

I have tried the master, mainline and dev branches from gitlab and they all build a 2.6.5 installer.

Do I need to take further action during the build, or is the source behind the binaries?

The github source is at 2.7 but the gitlab source, which is linked to from https://i2pplus.github.io is at 2.6.5
