Change glossary source format

For doug-50.info, a special, non-semantic indication of the glossary posts was implemented (posts of the category with arbitrary ID 12). As the site is now defunct, revert to implementing the original proposal of using the semantic XHTML definition list.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
