Wikis with updated user tables have incorrect edit counts and registration dates that are synchronized across wikis
Server Environment: Production
URL: API sandbox on minecraft-en (click "Make request")
Detailed Reproduction Steps: After some wikis have been updated in the recent user database change, the edit counts and registration dates started displaying incorrect values. Some users reported that their edit count was zeroed (and their next edit caused them to receive a first edit welcome notification). My counter was set to 860 on all updated wikis.
In addition to that, the counter is now apparently synchronized across updated wikis. After making an edit on minecraft-ru, counters on minecraft-en, minecraft-hu, help and probably other updated wikis started showing 861.
Achievement counters and Curse profiles are apparently not affected.
Edit: As has been reported (I can reproduce), registration dates are also synchronized across updated wikis. For example, my registration date on minecraft-ru is shown as 15:43, 30 March 2013 (the same date is shown on minecraft-en, grimdawn, and help wikis), which is not true as I registered on minecraft-ru on October 20, 2012.
Edit 2: It has also been reported that the edit count error causes long-term editors to hit abuse filters that have edit requirements (example).
