Determine why the Hydra skins are not using the Vector(vector-*) language strings.

Summary: The default for the system messages for the "View history" tab in Hydra/Hydradark has "historia" with the first letter lowercase.

Description: "historia" should be made "Historia" by default for PL translation on hydra/hydradark in order to match the other Vector-style tabs.

Additionally, many of these strings (like the history tab) were most like copied from the base Mediawiki strings but a long time ago and they have since changed. In particular, the base mediawiki Polish string for the history tab is now "Wyświetl historię" , not even Historia

This is a wider issue and all strings that are overwritten by our hydra / hydradark skins should be brought up to the current version in Mediawiki. Additionally, for any strings unique to our skins, if you could let me (Carrol) know what those are, I can solicit what those non-English equivalents should be at least for the languages for which we have default loadouts

We do not overwrite any language strings with the Hydra skins.
