The alignment parameter does not function per the original EV code.

Originally EV would use floats with no clearing to do alignment. This roughly followed how Mediawiki did image alignment. The new code follows how the original documentation describes the functionality. Ideally the default should follow Mediawiki exactly and allow it to optionally clear to start a new row.
