NTFS format error
- Create a new disk with NTFS filesystem
- Mount the disk on a Windows device READONLY. Readonly is the important part, since a read-write operation succeeds. It is when attaching the device readonly, Windows is unable to attach it and there are a lot of events with ID 55 logged in the event log.
If the device allows writing the filesystem is mounted without an issue, and afterwards can be mounted readonly too, it is just that initially after formatting the device does not allow the readonly operation, so there is something not ok with the filesystem.
