Remove comments support in favor of the `/contact` section

I propose we remove the website comments feature entirely in favor of other contact methods described in out /contact page. Reasons:

• We miss any notifications on the current system, comments are unaddressed or get late responses.
• The users rarely leave an email address, thus they don't reliably get a response
• We rarely get comments
• We have better systems in place for people to reach us (chat/phone)
