Regression: AMD kernel names not shown in trace view

Describe the bug

Since HPCViewer 2023.05, AMD kernel names are not visible anymore in trace view.

To Reproduce

Database taken with HIP vector add code using HPCToolkit develop@51bc5aaa (2023-06-27) and ROCm 5.4.3 on ufront.cs:
