Note: The scope of this fix is across every Hoppr repo in the ecosystem, both internal and external.

Ran across a link to gitlab.com/lmco/hoppr (instead of gitlab.com/hoppr) while editing a page. Fixed that one, and did a search for more. A LOT showed up. 33 in markdown files

Some (such as 15 CHANGELOG entries) might need to stay. Most of the rest should probably be updated, but I hesitate to do a wholesale update without understanding the details of how the docusarus code is managed. For example, there are oddly named javascript files in an build\assets
