This reverts commit dd1fdc0e. This
turns out to have been a browser bug, not a bug in the JS.  See
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1399722 for more info.

This only seems to be a problem on FF Nightly (57.0a1 (2017-09-13)),
but it seems harmless for other browsers.

Specifically, use a version built off of the typescript branch after
https://github.com/drudru/ansi_up/issues/29 was fixed by commit
a26c17e71379773d61ebe50f66707eca8ce2971b.

The notification systems will do eliding on their own; passing the
full pose lets it pop up a context-dependent amount.

This reverts commit 8a4effb8.  It
turns out, I'm going to need to be monitoring keypresses so I can do
"recall" of previous poses.  C'est la vie.

You can get multiple messages between inputs, so it's not safe to
simply insert things when you do input.  It's not safe to break
between messages either, since there's no guarantee one pose will
come through in one TCP packet.

Better drop the whole idea.

Revert "Add spacing between poses."

This reverts commit b671c58c.

This fixes the weird spacing bug mentioned as #1 in the last
commit.
