Support for Terrameter LS IP/full waveform data

There is currently no way to import the full IP waveform dataset as recorded with a Terrameter LS/2 and exported with the Terrameter LS Toolbox software. If needed, I can provide some sample files which have full wave form data included, as exported from the Terrameter LS Toolbox in the txt file format (including settings and measurements metadata prior to header and as the footer).

As a stop-gap fix, I have tried reformatting the data to Syscal format but am given the "No decay curves found or incomplete set of decay curves! Error when trying to apply the DCA filter. It appears that the 20 windows are "fixed", though hopefully this can easily be adjusted and ported to the Terrameter LS Toolbox format parser.
