forward model can't change background resistivity

Platform : any
Problem Description : whatever the res0 is specified in createmesh(), it keeps on returning the default background resistivity value of 100.
How to reproduce it : Just change the 06 Forward.ipynb with k.createMesh(res0=20)

This problem arise when I was working on a Jupyter notebook for global sensitivity analysis (Morris.ipynb), which requires many forward runs. I would also appreciate some suggestions/option to suppress printing a new figure whenever addRegion() is called.
