- Makefile: Updated it to allow for negative weights where appropriate.
- Added seven new materials to the database.
- Updated likelihoods.sh to include the new materials.
- Redid a fair number of MCMC fits.
- Updated and added all the associated charts.
- Caught a bug in fit2shader where the material number wasn't being
extracted. Repaired the associated shaders.
