Background

Currently for specifying region there are multiple levels of detail going from region down to subSubSubregion. This could be simplified.

Initial proposal

It would be best if there could be just one region term that was able to accept all levels of specificity (any GADM level) that way region can be input only once and without worrying about which sub level the location is at. The user would just have to specify the most detailed region available.
