Can't add equipment or combat equipment and other things on character sheet

I am new to one ring, not foundry. I am trying to setup characters. The sheets don't seem to let me add items. Things like

• distinctive features
• rewards
• flaws
• virtues
• war gear
• equipment gear

It is also missing the Dagger combat proficiencies. Missing the Calling of "slayer and wanderer.
Missing the skills inspire, hunting, it looks like enhearten is to be inspire and explore is to be hunting?

I am setting up a Culture of "Rohirrim" I know that this outside of the core rules, but I would think that the sheet should allow for the manual addition of cultures?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you for the hard work already done on this rule system.
