[Performance | Custom Dashboard | Campaigns] Generating graphics slows down the display of the entire page

**Observed behaviour**
When you create and add graphics to a dashboard and then add it as a ‘Favourite’ in the ‘Campaigns’ workspace, the display of the page content can slow down considerably, even if you're not on the ‘Dashboard’ anchor.
For example:
