[Requirement report (editable) | Postgres] Impossible to generate the report with the versions box unchecked and a milestone
**Affected version : _6.X + 7.0.1_**
**Observed behaviour**
When I try to generate a requirements report (editable), with a 'Select a milestone' selection and the 'Print only the latest requirement version' box unchecked, I get an error in IMH and in the log.

_Note : If I tick the 'Print only the latest requirement version' box, the report is generated._
**Steps to reproduce**
* Create an 'In progress' or ' Finished' milestone (also works with a 'Locked' milestone)
* Associate this milestone with the project
* Create a requirement and associate the milestone with it
* Create a new version of the requirement (without associating a milestone)
* Try to generate an editable requirement report with
* Print only the latest requirement version' box unchecked
* Check 'Select a milestone' with the milestone
**Expected result**
As with the MariaDb databases, the report should be generated
