[Logs] Switch 'Logger' logs from info to debug

Since v6.0.0 of Squash, authentication tracking is carried out in the logs (when using an authentication plugin). This results in a large number of lines. The idea is to keep this type of log (which can be useful if necessary) but to switch them to 'debug' mode rather than 'info' mode.
