[Reporting] Impossible to use the filter Number of issues equal 0

Affected version : Squash TM 4.1.0.RELEASE

Steps to reproduce

Have an iteration with few issues
Create a chart with execution status
Add a filter on Number of issues Equals 0

Expected result

Chart is filtered with only executions with an issue

Observed behaviour

An error occurs while processing request.

This is a regression. In version 3.0.0, the charts were displayed correctly. However, in version 4.1.0, the charts saved with this filter in the database are not displayed.
