[Xsquash4GitLab | progress status] ‘progress status as a GitLab label’ unavailable when using a project template

Impacted versions: 11.0.0.RELEASE

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a project using a template
• Synchronize with GitLab
• Enable ‘Publish the test progress status as a GitLab label’

Observed behaviour:
Infinite spinner, the option does not activate.
