[Import][Test case][Steps] Wrongly logged 'warn' message
Affected version : 8.0.0, 9.0.0. & 10.0.0 RELEASE
Steps to reproduce
Have a test case import file and fill in the 'Steps' tab so as to have several test steps to add to the test case, and fill in the TC_STEP_NUM column.
Import the file and simulate.
Observed behaviour
The simulation report indicates that test step lines are in warning:

However, the test steps seem to be imported correctly
Expected result
The import should not generate these rows with reservations when the columns are correctly filled in.
