Problem about defects not loading "Known Issues"

Steps to reproduce

The problem appears when a GitLab defect is attached “MANY” times in Squash test case executions. I started with a basic GitLab defect and created many Test Case executions and for each execution attached the same defect.

After some time, I ended up with the error on the screenshot.
From the Squash DB Issue table, I have extracted the bugs that appears the most (by Count) and sorted highàlow.
I have confirmed that the highlighted defects are causing the problem, and we see them attached to 100+ test case executions.
