[XSquash4Jira] Allow the user to freeze the reporting fields in Jira once the issue is approved

As a user, I would like to be able to freeze the reporting fields from Squash to Jira once the Jira issue has been approved/closed.

This will prevent the Jira issue to be marked as not validated further down the road, for example for an ulterior test execution in case of an evolution.
