[Reporting | Custom export] Unable to view or create a new custom export

Observed behaviour

It is no longer possible to view custom exports already present on the instance

When creating a new custom export, it is not possible to choose the perimeter because of the infinite spinner in the selection pop-up

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
