[Executions | Overview of the automated test execution] Rights issues relating to environment variables

Affected version : 7.2.0 -> 7.4.0

Observed behaviour

When I am :

test runner
advanced tester
test referee

I can no longer modify my environment variables from the Overview of the automated test execution pop-up. These profiles no longer see the environment variables:

Steps to reproduce

Have created environment variables
Associate them with your project or test automation server
Run an automated test case with one of the above profiles

Expected result

When my profile allows me to run, I should be able to display the environment variables in the pop-up window and change their value.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
