[Default dashboards] Persist the selected options in the filter of default dashboards

On the requirement and campaign default dashboard, the option selected in the filter should persisted.

It should be persisted regardless of the perimeter: if the option is not selected for an iteration, it should neither be selected for a campaign, folder, project, multiple selection).
