[Xsquash4Gitlab] Problem with ghost lines in the ‘Fields Mappings’ field

Observed behaviour

From the ‘Fields Mappings’ block in the configuration of the Xsquash4Gitlab plugin, it is possible to have phantom lines which are not saved when information is added to the :

Steps to reproduce

The problem may occur (this is a possible situation, but is not the only one):

reproducible by concurrently adding rows to the table :

• Open the Xsquash4Gitlab plugin configuration pop-up in two separate tabs (can also occur if several users are making modifications at the same time).
• Click on + on the field mappings on the two tabs.
• Refresh the page.
