[HTML validation error] Actions not possible if HTML validation error(s)

Affected version : version TM 7.0.1/7.0.3.RELEASE

in rich text fields, if an html tag not supported in v7 has been introduced in v6 and earlier, an error occurs for several possible actions.

Steps to reproduce

Have an unsupported html tag (e.g. balise script) in a rich text field (prerequisite/test step)

Execute test case / add test case to execution plan

Observed behaviour

Error message in logs + impossible to perform action

Expected result

it was decided to remove the HTML validator in v7.X to alleviate the problem
